Health is an inside job, which is why we take an inside-out approach.
Sustainable change occurs not by hyper-focusing on the food you eat, measuring your self-worth by the number on the scale or obsessing over burning enough calories per day. Rather, I help you navigate through the world of contradictory health and wellness information, and explore basic improvements, while supporting you in implementing gradual shifts. In a way that is fun, flexible, free of denial and discipline, you’ll gradually restore your overall health, energy, confidence and well-being.
